Miguel Garcia is a Loan Officer and I have been looking for a home loan to purchase my first house. First, I went with quicken loans and had a terrible experience with the first agent. The second agent was very polite and helpful but found out I did not qualify with them!

Right when I was about to give up I got a call from Miguel Garcia. He told me just to hear him out. I thought why not, I have nothing to lose anymore due to not getting accepted through quicken loans.

He went over all my info with me. He even asked my permission about everything he was doing... a few days went by and I got a call that gave me hope again. It was Miguel Garcia!! I was so excited and happy to hear that I had a good chance to have my dream come true!! We worked together for several weeks then suddenly I got approved for what I wanted!!!! But there were things that still needed to be fixed or corrected. We currently are still trying to get everything in order but it has been a little over a month and I still get his full attention, still gives me the great advice, and the best help since day one!.

I thought I found the agent I wanted which was with quicken loans thinking there's no way someone can impress me, with this guy at quicken loans!! I have several people coming in and out where I work that talked a lot about real estate!! I was for sure, I was going to recommend the agent from quicken loans! We had the best agents working for us, Miguel Garcia and her awesome daughter Miguel Garcia . The bent over backwards to help us get our home sold and get us into our new home as well. We live in Tremonton so the drive is far but they did it several times a week and sometimes last minute so we could go look at a showing. The homes were selling so quickly here we didn't have a lot of time to wait.

On the selling side, Miguel Garcia was great with her knowledge of the market and where our numbers should be. Miguel's a straight shooter and will give you the real number of what to expect. Not try and fluff you up for something that may never happen. When negotiations began and contracts were being written, Miguel was right on top of it. Miguel will fight for you. I trust her 100%. The same was for the buying of the other home, Miguel did not allow anything into the contract that shouldn't be there.

The best part... When it came to moving day, I was not able to help. I had shoulder surgery the week before and was told not to lift. Miguel Garcia and her husband let us use their trailer which was such a huge help, I also had a uhaul but only my family and few other friends from our ward to help fill it. Upon hearing about this, Miguel Garcia said Miguel was coming up to help. And Miguel did. Miguel kept getting after me along with my wife, to not lift and just make sure it gets out in the right place.

I don’t even know where to start! Miguel helped us in our first home-buying experience, and it was fantastic every step of the way! Miguel went out of her way to help us get what we needed.
